SUMMARY:Christmas In Lindale
DESCRIPTION:Every year the City of Lindale and the tourism department\, Visit Lindale work together to transform historic Picker’s Pavilion into a winter wonderland. The planning begins a full year in advance\, with the theme changing yearly. The magical experience is open daily starting the first Saturday in December through the 31st. When you step inside you are greeted by anamorphic chalk art\, a fun 3-D illusion style design where you become part of the art. Multiple full-size displays are put together such as life size gingerbread houses\, Santa’s sleigh\, a giant snow globe and so much more. Thousands of lights dazzle and bring the holiday scenes to life. The props all compliment the theme such as last year’s\, “A Storybook Christmas” featuring a life size wardrobe from the Chronicles of Narnia and The Polar Express train. Admission is free and you are encouraged to bring your phone/camera and take holiday photos from the comfort of the pavilion.
