Vendor Form
Dear Prospective Vendor,
The Fall Piney Woods Wine Festival, hosted by the City of Lindale, will be May 8/9, 2026. The Lindale Tourism Department reviews all vendor applications and makes selections based on the following factors:
- Quality of products and the number of vendors in each category (jewelry, clothing, furniture, etc.)
- Presentation of merchandise and price points
- Promptness in returning ALL completed information and photos
We want vendors and attendees alike to experience a great event. Therefore, please consider the following before applying: - The focus of this event is WINE. The Wine Garden is the main attraction, but many attendees also enjoy shopping as they sip. Vendors are encouraged to gear merchandise toward wine enthusiasts.
- ALL Vendor booths are located outdoors, either on grass or concrete, and are required to provide a tent for their space(s). NO vendor booths are located inside the Wine Garden or Picker’s Pavilion. The Pavilion is reserved for Wine Garden attendees to enjoy live music, dining, and dancing.
- Entry into the Wine Garden will require purchase of a wristband. Wristbands are not required to shop Gift Vendors and Food Trucks.
- Vendors are required to remain open for the entire duration of the event, from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, and 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Saturday.
- Booth location is determined by electrical needs.
To apply, please fill out the following form by no later than Friday, April 00, 2026: - All requested information must be provided
- Photos of booth / displays and merchandise (not exact inventory; just an idea of items to be sold)
Previous participation does not guarantee selection. The Tourism Department reserves the right to limit the amount of similar merchandise. If accepted, only items listed on your application will be allowed.
