Darden Harvest Park

Darden Harvest Park at Blackberry Square is Lindale’s newest city park. Situated on 23 acres, this beautiful park is in the heart of Lindale’s growing Cannery District. It features a Playground and Splash Pad, a paved, one-mile Walking Trail, an 18-hole Disc Golf Course, and a leash-free Dog Park. A covered pavilion, benches, and restroom facilities are also provided for guests. There is also a concert stage located on the grounds used to entertain guests year-round. Accessible routes are provided to all areas of the park so that all children and adults, regardless of their abilities, can connect with one another.

Faulkner Park

The 170-acre Faulkner Park is one of the city parks located 4 miles north of Lindale. Park facilities include soccer and baseball fields, lighted tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, a pavilion, and concession stand. Guests also have access to the paved walking path around a scenic 15-acre lake, as well as various nature trails.

The Lillie Russell Memorial Library in Lindale, Texas is a privately funded library which is free and open to the public. Our mission is to be a community resource center, committed to supporting the literacy and educational enrichment of Lindale and the surrounding community through diverse programs delivered by an efficient, well-trained staff.

Lindale Candy Co.

Using recipes and equipment from the 1940s, this historic candy shop is one of only 5 companies in the United States that continue to “hand-pull” their peppermint. It continues to be a must-see stop for locals and travelers alike. No trip to Lindale is complete without a trip to the candy shop. The recently expanded location has a viewing window so stop by and watch the sweetness happen during one of their daily pouring times. Grab a made-from-scratch chocolate treat, too.

Lindale Veterans Memorial

The Veteran’s Memorial was created to honor the men and women who have served and who have fought to keep our country free! American Legion Post 15 initiated the project, and the City Council approved the memorial in the Spring of 2013. It is our privilege to recognize their sacrifice and dedication with the memorial placed near Blackberry Square downtown Lindale.

Pool Park

Located in the heart of Lindale, Pool Park is a recreational park complete with a playground, picnic tables, soccer practice fields, restroom facilities, a covered pavilion, and ample parking. Located next door to Kinzie Community Center, Pool Park includes four baseball fields that serve as the home of Lindale Summer Baseball & Softball Association during the spring months.

Tiger Creek Animal Sanctuary

In response to the exotic pet market boom of the late 1980s and 1990s, the founder’s family established Tiger Creek Wildlife Refuge in 1997. Living off the grid, they cleared land, built enclosures, and cared for tigers with volunteer help. Despite financial constraints, Tiger Creek expanded its facilities and gained global support, enhancing visitor experiences and tiger conservation efforts.
